Shipping
We ship purchased audio books via the US Postal Service. Shipping can be delayed up to 30 days if a title is out of stock. If an order hasn't been shipped after 30 days, it will be cancelled and the charge refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges
Nueva Onda Audiobooks grants refunds at our sole discretion.

If you buy a book and your shipment arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us as soon as you receive the damaged order to arrange for a replacement. We offer a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, on all unopened audio book purchases within 30 days of shipment.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
